Valley Medical Transport

This transportation service is usually reliable but when it isn't it really isn't. The biggest issue they have right now is they will have more than han 1 person besides their driver and there is no social distancing going on. I can literally reach out and touch the other patient. All of the drivers are super friendly but most of them drive in what is best described as a final destination fashion. For the time being I do not recommend this service. I'd give it 1 star but I wouldn't let me comment if I did.

Their drivers are horrible. Van number N-885 almost ran me off the road. Would give zero stars if I could.

Always arrive late or way too early, sometime don't show up at all. Always have to wait for a long time after the appointment, once for 1.5 hours. Rude and totally unprofessional. The worst company you can imagine.

I found the driver laying in the back of this transport van sleeping in front of my house . I had to wake him at 7:00 a.m. and ask him to leave .... I live in a nice area and thought he was stalking my home .nVery strange way to do business and I see their reviews aren’t very good ...
