Great care and service with transporting my elderly family member. Timely and professional. Even followed up with a call to assure that everything went smooth.

I usually don't waste my time reviewing business online, but the poor service of quality cab in Fond du Lac, made me write this review. I call the service at least once a day for patients and the horrible customer starts over the phone, the phone guy is very rude always answering the phone with attitude. They are never on their schedule, they don't give an estimate time and very often I see elderly patients waiting over a hour to get a ride. This town deserves better service from them. Do not waste your money with a business that does not care about their customer.

Was happy to be picked up inv15 minutes.

The lady who is always watching coronavirus news always has her phone on the spedometer which is a distraction and im pretty sure illegal but is always driving too fast and probably to make her eta but safety first I'm be calling them today

Always late, most of the time I called i got a grumpy response. One of the driver that drives a Lincoln car made racial remarks. Will never use this company nor i recomend it.
