I will not be renting again due to when i returned the SVU i was not informed that I would be charged for Sat,Sun and Monday if its not returned by Friday. I called Monday to let them know that I was 45 min late due to being involved in a wreck. The lady didn't care and just said the bill went out already so nothing she could do.
Nice place. Beautiful rental car
The staff and vehicles are great! I rent regularly and have always been very satisfied
Total garbage. Guy was rude from the get go. One agent promised a ride back home when I returned vehicle and manager said no because he had reservations. You will not have reservations with this guy anymore. I returned car to different location and they happily gave me a ride.
Reserved a car two days in advance of pickup, for a week of use. no car when I got there. Ta-da, no more a customer, ever! The post forced me to, but in my heart no star given, not one.
