Called to have the lady help me with getting some information about travel options including cruises. She was rude and not willing to assist because I did not know all the specifics about what we wanted and wanted to be able to compare the options, BYE.. I called someone else that was willing to help.. do not call them.. they are terrible.

I requested information online form THEIR website and nobody ever contacted me. NOBODY!! They must not need the business, especially mine.
