I had to rent a car after an accident. Matt at the Madison, Ohio office was extremely professional right from the start. He helped me through the process of insurance reimbursement and I only had to pay for a few days of the rental before the insurance company claim kicked in.nnHe was always there to answer my questions.nnI had to return it to the Massilon office because that's where I bought my new car. I didn't get his name, but your team member there was also very courteous and professional.nnAnd the car was great.nnThanks.

Cars are always in good shape and the service is nice, but both times I've used this company to drive from NC to OH, and then GA to OH the employees put down that I was returning the car to the original store, and not to the final destination in Ohio. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. It would be 4 stars if they got one of the trips correct, 5 stars if they got both correct.

Fantastic customer Service! Above and beyond. I was in a pinch for a work trip booked car at 10 picked up at 4:30. To my surprise had a 2020 Toyota Camry. Car ready with Air on. Great car and drove all the way to Nebraska and back and every state in between. Very comfortable. Easy to drive and easy on gas.

Absolutely love this location!!!! Allison and Jon have been amazing with our recent and previous rentals. They even made sure the Jeep we reserved was able to be delivered. They worked for a week on that reservation and we were amazed the time they took. We will be back again soon!!
