I cannot say enough about this company! We had rented a 15 passenger van from Enterprise 2 weeks in advance and when we went to pick it up they didn't have it. At the last minute we were able to get hold of NEO Van Rentals and they stayed open an extra hour to give us time to get out to them and then not only provided us with a van, but this van had more cupholders, charging outlets and a lot more comfortable than what we would have received from Enterprise. They even removed a seat for us to make room for our luggage as we had a family of 7 driving to Florida and back. They were not only pleasant and easy to work with but went above and beyond for us. In the future when we require a large van again, we will not waste our time with any other companies! This is the only company to rent from!!

Andrew and staff were great! Very friendly! He was thorough, the van was clean and operated perfectly and did not give all the hassle like other rental van companies! I would definitely refer them to anyone and we will definitely be returning!! I can't say enough about this company!!! Thanks, Andrew!

100% recommend NEO! I cannot say enough good things about NEO van rentals! So friendly, and so professional! And the van was absolutely spotless clean, and we'll maintained. I honestly don't think I will ever use the run of the mill corporate rental place like enterprise or budget ever again. We stumbled upon NEO van rentals by chance, and I am so happy we did! We needed a large van for a photography trip, out of state and they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. They made the paperwork super easy, and even helped us with some insurance questions we had on our insurance policy. The location is in a beautiful rural area, a bit far from major cities, but 100% worth the extra few miles! I highly recommend if you are in need of a rental, you head out to NEO van rentals! They saved the day. Thank you again so much!!

I was so convenienced and delighted by this rental experience. I needed transportation for 12 people for one evening, and I was very stressed when I began price shopping for rentals. Many rental companies wanted nearly $900 to rent a van on a Saturday. What’s more is that most rental companies won’t allow you to return your rental on a Sunday, so I would be forced to rent the van for two days. I stumbled upon NEO Van Rental, and I cannot recommend this small business enough. Not only was this rental a mere fraction of the price of its competitors, but I was able to return it on a Sunday. At one point I had called and asked to return the van a couple hours later than we agreed in the contract, and the owner obliged at no charge. The van was in excellent condition—super clean! And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel very glad, proud even, to support this small business. I had a great experience!

Top notch service. So glad we stumbled upon NEO Van Rentals when we took a recent trip with our large family! Their rates and service were significantly better than all of the other rental companies we looked at and compared. We loved the 15 passenger Ford Transit van and were able to rent it for less money than a suburban at any of the commonly known rental companies. Definitely worth the short drive to Walnut Creek! Our 6 kids even gave it two thumbs up!
