I was a half hour early picking up my rental car and they were in the middle of detailing it and the sweet lady that took checked me in helped finish up detailing the car so I didn’t have to wait to long. The young man who took care of me at drop off answered all my questions and was super nice.

Enterprise is usually a good company to rent from, but I did not have a good experience with the office in Frankfort, KY. The gentleman picked me up and while returning to the office indicated the windshield was dirty and he would clean it when we got back to the office. We arrived at the office where he approached me 4 times about purchasing additional insurance from him. When I advised him that I had enough insurance 4 times he turned & went into the office. He did not come back out so the windshield remained dirty. In fact, I don't know that the car that I got had not just been returned & not sanitized at a. Poor business prospective!

Every time when I rent a car everyone is polite and professional that's why I like this location cant speak for anyone else but I like doing business with the frankfort ky location

The branch that I live next door to was closed. They made sure someone was available to come to my house to bring me a car from that location instead of having me to an hour to another branch. So grateful.
