All ways professional and courteous to the needs of there customer's.
Rented the car online and they had everything ready when I arrived. The first car had a minor issue and due to that I was upgraded. Great service and low (25,000) mileage car. Dave was great to work with during the pickup process. I highly recommend creating the Hertz Gold account for rentals as it makes pickup much smoother and quicker.
This place is now my go to place. Loved the customer service. Best Manager and staff in town.
