Where do I begin? This was my first experience renting a car due to an accident. I was not looking forward to the process of renting a car. But, Kate at Enterprise Car Rental in Lebanon provided an unexpected experience. I am more than thankful for the customer service that she provided. She went above and beyond of making sure to making my experience was easy and got me back on the road safe. I was expecting to be treated like a number but she provided an experience I would have never forget. She went over the process of renting a vehicle and what to expect. We did a walk around and safety check of the vehicle. Thank you Kate, I will highly recommend seeing Kate at Enterprise Car Rental in Lebanon.

I have rented multiple times through Enterprise in Lebanon, OH. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and open. All the cars I have rented have performed well and been safe and effective on the road. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that two of the last eight cars I have rented smelled unpleasant. One vehicle (a Mitsubishi Eclipse crossover) smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Another vehicle (a Jeep Gladiator) smelled heavily of Marijuana. Both of these smells detracted from the quality of my experience, especially renting in the winter when it was impossible to have the windows open all the time. I understand these issues are caused by other irresponsible renters, so I do not fault Enterprise completely, but this still detracted from my overall experience and took away 1 star. Based on safety, staff, and customer service, I have been very pleased.

I was on my way to go to a funeral 3 hours away and my car stalled 40 minutes into my trip. I managed to get it started and searched for a nearby enterprise location. Found one 3 miles from my breakdown. I arrived 20 minutes before they were open and the nice associate opened the door and I was on the road in literally 15 minutes. I just made the funeral with 5 minutes to spare. I think someone watching over me that day. Very pleasant, very pleased will recommend to anyone.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car agency on Columbus Rd. in Lebanon, Ohio consistently has the most polite, well-polished representatives from whom I have had the pleasure to rent. If you have a need for a specific car for your purposes and it is not on the lot, if you can give them a day they will find it. Time after time I have never been disappointed with these folks.nnI have to drive past two closer Enterprise locations to get to these guys and they are worth every bit of it. Simply outstanding.

The 1-800 reservation person told me the wrong price per day; waaay off. Bizarre. This has never happened before so I think its an issue with the location I rented from.
