Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Nice folks. Quick service. Clean vehicles. Speedy drop off lanes. Enterprise is awesome. Only negative, I requested 4x4 and they said they can't guarantee a 4x4, but they did come through, and found a 4x4 truck in the lot for me.

Been using this place for years when coming home and enjoying my time home. Wish the security deposit was cheaper, expect to pay almost double for your rental when you book it. Other than that good service

I always pick up my rentals from this location and it's always a nice quick experience.

Rented from the Airport Location in Dayton, OH - full tank of gas, great SUV, and great customer service - fast! When I returned it, I left something in the car, and they went and got it for me (and they had already returned it to a far distance parking lot. I tried offering him a tip and he refused to take it. I'm still trying to figure out the Centerville, OH location on 725, which never gives me a full tank - I'm renting with them again 22 Oct - hopefully get a full tank this time

The car that I needed and reserved was not available on arrival. I had to get a different vehicle and take it to another airport to swap it out. They are also trying to charge me for damages that the Enterprise employee said wouldn't be a problem during the pre rental inspection. Will not be using Enterprise again due to this terrible experience.
