National Car Rental is so easy. Book mid-size and take your pick of any car in the Emerald Aisle. I always get a better quality and size car than I would at competing agencies. And in most cases, no lines at the counter. Just go to the cars and pick the one you want. They get your info on the way out. Super easy.
The van I rented was very nice. Customer service was excellent.
Easiest rental transaction ever. Being an Emerald Club member gives me what I value most. One of these values is easy transactions. Pick up my luggage walk out to the garage and pick a car. I have used other rental companies in the past and have been very dissapointed in the process, made to feel like a criminal, or so anxious that they were going to hit me up with charges at the end of the trip that I didn't feel at ease with the car. As a consumer this is why you return to those who provide service.
