I had a good experience with Hertz before, but this time I showed up after reserving a car through an app called Carla Car Rental. I even paid for insurance through the app. When I got to the Vandalia location they said they couldn't accept third party insurance. Um, isn't all insurance third party to them?

Great rental cars at a reasonable rate
Got us in and out within 30min. Fast and friendly.
Very friendly & efficient staff w/ a good selection of cars! But these guys went above & beyond to retrieve a lost item I'd left in one of their vehicles!!! The item is only worth $40-$50, but to me, it's worth much more. THANK YOU FOR AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!
