I had a very good experience from start to finish. It was easy to make a reservation at a close location, had a good pick-up with a great car that was clean and ready to go and the return was equally quick and easy with no problems,
The car provided was a nice car, but disappointed that it didn't appear that anyone had even wiped down the surfaces inside the car. However there was a single Clorox wipe provided in the cup holder... I went home and wiped everything down and cleaned the inside of the windshield and windows.
Always great! Picked me up at the body shop and had great conversation. Check out was quick and easy and I got to drive a super fun Mini! They had no problem when i called them each the next two days to extend my rental because my car was still in the shop. I wish it was a tiny bit cheaper per day but hey you gotta live life. Will rent from these guys again in Dayton, OH.
After an accident on the highway, I needed a rental vehicle for almost a month. The cooperation between the insurance company and Enterprise was flawless. Each time I called Enterprise to provide updates on timing and location of the return, a pleasant person answered within 2 rings and patiently worked through everything with me. Very happy customer.
Theresa, Trent , Darell (I think I spelled his name wrong) are AWESOME! Top notch! Theresa made sure what we reserved is what was there upon our arrival! I don’t rent often but rest assure when I do, I will return!
