I would like to preface this by stating that I am a traveling nurse who works very hard in order to keep everyone safe on a daily basis and tries to do what’s right constantly. I booked a vehicle with this particular Avis and I was informed that the vehicle that I had requested was not available and that I would need a major credit card to be able to pick up the vehicle after I already paid them $155 via my debit card. I was also informed that the vehicle that I would be receiving had not yet been cleaned by the time that I needed to pick it up. When trying to process the refund they informed me that I was only able to get a refund in the form of a gift card for their company. I asked to speak to a manager in order to resolve the situation and they told me it was after business hours. I informed them that I had called twice regarding the reservation and was told that the representative handling the refund was not available. I am beyond disappointed in this company and will never use them again. I have recently become unemployed after demonstrating signs and symptoms of Covid. I do not have $150 to be giving out with the promise of a gift card. I can’t believe the poor customer service. Do not use this company if you expect to be treated like a decent human being.

They NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone!And don't do drop box for key, they don't check it in on time always charged for next day... And they dont dont engage in customer service, hi, have a nice day, how are you..nothing. This location is terrible

I used Avis to rent with Uber. I love driving with Uber but my time with Avis has been very difficult. When I arrived, they had a lot of trouble finding me a car. Then we had to jump the car. Also, the charges are super unclear. I thought my charges were scheduled for a certain day, and then the charges come out another day. I seriously feel like I am being double charged. For example, I got charged on Thuraday and thought I was squared away for the week. And then I turn around and am charged again, throwing my bank account in the negative. Guys, I gotta eat! If your gonna charge on Thursday, than charge on Thursday! Please! Every dollar counts. I'm not trying to scam, just trying to get by. I called in to have my charges looked and the guy not only cut me off, but his attitude was very poor. If you're not in the mood, get someone else to help. I'm usually not one to complain. But when you're account is thrown into the negative due to inconsistency, and you can't eat, you complain. Will not use these guys again.

My family decided to rent a SUV on 10/28/2020! We went to this location had the rental they choose to attempt to give us was absolutely filthy inside. Stains were on every seat. Looked like a bunch of 2 y/o's had a free-for-all in the vehicle. The only thing that the establishment had done was vacuum. The gentleman who worked there gave us a look like this is the most normal thing in the world! That was seriously messed up. We immediately got our money back. It took their system 2-3 days for our money to return to our account. I can literally say thay this was the 1st time I saw someone doing something this sleezy when it comes to a car rental.
