Horrible customer service skills the black bald guy act as if he hated his job and the fact that anyone was renting from them. Their cars are probably the worse rentals in the city! I’m not even sure why they are still open. With this kind of service they should of went out of business with the pandemic. Last result !!!

Sitting out here at 8:17am after making a reservation for 8:00am pickup. Only to find a piece of paper hanging in the door that reads, “this location doesn’t open until 9:00.”nnHow about you have your website reflect that information or Google since both show this janky location as being OPEN!!!nnDo NOT make a reservation here and plan on them being open.

Rented a suv for a weekend, booked the suv months in advance. For this trip. When i got there to pick up the rental. I seen this small suv sitting outside with expired tags. Reserved for a large suv. That fit 5 people. And got the keys since other suv are booked. Did my inspection the suv smelled like weed. No gas in the suv and the tire pressure light came on. And expired tags. Cheap rental place if you staying within the city. Bad if you going out of town and the lady told me i had to be back to return the car before my return date. I will the return date and time i reserved for.

This place deserves 0 stars !!!!nI called and booked my reservation for a car for 2:30 and the young man who was working there told me in order to get the deal I had to prepay! I paid the amount and I to the location at 2:10 there was a note on the door that said “location closed until 3:45” it’s 4:00pm and NO ONE HAS ARRIVED, THERES A LINE, and I had something important to do. This was inconsiderate and inconvenient they need to be fired

Budget was okay but the woman that works there was very rude she decided to whisper to her coworker with me and my daughter standing right there but they rented us a decent 4runner.
