The manager at this location went above and beyond to see to it that I got the car I wanted. She was very professional and courteous in taking care of my rental car needs. I had a truly great experience!!! Ricardo

I tried to rent a car from here during the pandemic and they weren’t willing to help at all. Granted I lost my physical ID during all of this, however I have many other forms including a government issued work badge and they still wouldn’t help. I would never ever give them a dollar of my money going forward. I’ll be posting this to Facebook as well. Not helpful and actually didn’t even try to go above and beyond and that’s quite sad during a time like this.

Skyler and Zach have been so helpful! Absolutely amazing actually!! When I needed a car following an accident at 5:45 p.m. on a Friday evening you said you would be able to help me. Your competitor refused to help saying they were going to close soon. I will most definitely return to Hertz if/when I need to rent a vehicle and will tell others about you! Thank you, THANK YOU!
