My husband said the people at the front desk were at least nice, but he requested a midsized car and got mini van without blue tooth that also needed service (according to the sticker on windshield). His reservation time was at 9am this morning and he got the car around 9:30a after waiting. It’ll be quite a miserable 8hr drive for him! But they at least apologized.

Lauren is remarkable. She was so accommodating and pleasant even after I ended up needing to rent a car for over a month to get mine repaired! Great communication and outstanding service. She is a true asset to your business and the reason I will now always use this location to rent. Unless you move her to a different location, then I'll go there. Thank you Lauren and Enterprise! I usually rent a car for summer holiday vacation drive, which have always been good. This time I had to rent one for car repair (collision). They were really helpful, gave me a good fun car at a very good price, and they came to the body shop to pick up the rental car I left there when my car repair was finished. Very friendly, courteous, and it's right in my neighborhood!

Geico rented a vehicle from the enterprise for me while mine was being repaired because of an accident. I paid the 50.00 deposit as was required by your company which was no big deal. The problem i have is the Gentleman who brought the car asked me if i wanted the Damage Waiver and i told not right now my insurance is good enough. I told him i have rented cars before from Enterprise and the only time i have purchased it is when i left the State. Now i see the receipt that was emailed to me it shows the DW for 3 days. Now they claim i told him to take the DM out of my deposit. They use a salesman tactic and talk around you until they feel the snatched you. That is one reason i haven't rented a car from them because of this nonsense. If i could leave a zero star i would.
