Fine Line Auto Body Grandview / OSU

My neighbor recommended me to this shop and I am so grateful he did! I have had my van serviced there twice in 2 years. Both times, they did exceptional work, were timely, friendly, and very helpful. The body work looked wonderful both times. They are thorough and kind and always willing to answer my questions in detail when I call. Also, they cleaned my van inside and out! It was so clean upon pick -up I didn't recognize my own van! I would absolutely recommend this company and will continue to go there for any future auto body needs.

I live about 150 miles away from Fine Line, but my daughter is a student at OSU and contacted me to let me know that someone had accidentally broken off the mirror on her car. Blindly, I called Fine Line and spoke with Javier, who then patched me over to Christina. They were both extremely nice and very trustworthy, as I needed to pay for the transaction over the phone to take care of the repair. I gave them my daughter's information and Christina followed up with daughter directly to complete the work, and then called me to let me know that everything had been taken care of. The process couldn't have gone any better. It's a good feeling to know that there are such great people still running local businesses out there, and I was very fortunate to have found them! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any family members or friends who are in need of the services that they provide. Thank you Fine Line!!

Fine Line is phenomenal. Excellent customer service from Christina and staff. She made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me. I called Tuesday evening and they were able to squeeze me in the following day! The problem with my car was thoroughly explained, pricing was excellent compared to other vendors and my car was fixed perfectly while I waited in the lobby. I will definitely return to Fine Line for future needs and will tell everyone I know! Fantastic business!

I brought my car to Fine Line due to poor service from Gerber collision. From the start when I called and spoke with Christina, to working with Javier directly through phone calls and visits, they both as well as the whole shop demonstrated the utmost professionalism in ensuring my car was corrected. Christina is absolutely incredible to work with. She provides such awesome work ethic/customer service and I hope she is recognized and awarded for all her efforts.

I been fine line body shop which located at 1515 ole tangy river rd. Christina so kindly, she explained everything I need to know. She made me a called when my car is already and remind on the day. Fine line did the great job on my car. It makes my baby like brand new car. Paint color match. Great installation. I am a technical group staff work at Honda manufacturing paint department for painting robots and equipment. Which I can tell how big difference with color match. Too thick or too thin. Too much paint or clear coat cause orange peel or sag. But my car was perform a great paint job which fine line what they had been done on my car. Thanks Christina.
