Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My recent experience with Enterprise was excellent. Great car, wonderful service. My only issue is the $ 300.00 hold. Being an Enterprise customer for over twenty-five years I find this unfortunate. Thanks.

The rental car was nice. The staff was nice. However Enterprise got rid of its weekend discount, which made renting cars more expensive on the weekends.nI cant afford to go on as many trips just because of this extra cost.

Right off the back problems literally.Dropped my car off enterprise was supposed to be at the body shop waiting for me they weren't, I waited 15 minutes for them to drive a block down the road, would've walked but was in the middle of a snow storm, and I left work and had to go back not dirty and covered in snow. Had this car less than 24 hrs drove from work home, and back to work that's it. When I went to the car on my lunch break it had a flat tire, completely flat. Not there fault but not mine either. You would that people would know what to do about this when they run a business that has to do with cars, but nope completley oblivious and my bf ened up changing the tire (spare that was in the trunk) so then I took the car back later they said they didnt have another car for me to drive just dodge ram and a mini van uhh no I live 40 minutes away from work and cannot afford to drive a big truck for a week, and definitely not driving a mini van when I have no kids and no reason to . I feel like the guy was rude to me when I had already had horrible day I will never rent from this company for business ,pleasure ,for any reason seriously save your money pick a company with people skills . Waste of time and patience.

I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was immediately greeted. After the walk-around, we opened the door to this beautiful black Nissan SUV and I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. The agent was gracious to offer me another vehicle...and the only other SUV had just been cleaned. We did a walk-around of this Hyundai Tuscan and I noticed that the seats were significantly stained and there was mud still in the back. I needed to get on the road, so I took the vehicle. It was a bad decision. Within 20 minutes, the odor of the cleaning supplies had worn off and the smell of smoke was again overwhelming. I spent 24 hours in that vehicle over the next 3 days. I had to put two client / guests in that vehicle for outings / meals. I was embarrassed and had to take a significant amount of medicine for the headaches. When I returned the vehicle, it was right at closing time for the location. Three different employees either walked or drove past me in the parking lot without saying a word. I was very disappointed.

Enterprise made it as easy as possible to rent a vehicle for a work trip. The car was in great condition and drove perfectly. I needed to extend my rental for a few extra days, and all it took was a quick phone call. All in all a pain free experience.
