We loved the car that we rented. However, just a little misunderstanding about what time to pick it up. Other than that, the enterprise guy was very nice and thorough. Thank you for a great car.

The car I rented a Nissan Versa was terrible. Every time I started to move forward, the transmission acted like it was slipping. As a rewards member, I expect better from Enterprise than this vehicle. To top it all of, the blonde surfer boy when I turned the car in was a smart a$$. Like every other car rental company, when you pick up your car, the gas tank is full so there can be no guessing how much gas to add upon returning the car. This car had between a half and 3/4 of a tank of gas and evidently a very small tank. I tried to add $15 worth of gas and it completely filled the tank up, so I gave them much more than when I picked it up. I've had dozens of great rentals with Enterprise, not this one. Surfer boy needs to be taught proper customer service skills and know when to keep his mouth shut. If you would quit restricting your new hires to the under 30 age group and get experienced customers service reps who know how to care for your clients, you would be much better off.
