Budget Car Rental

Great customer service at this location!!nnThe budget website let me book and prepay for a car and then half an hour later I got a call from the budget location I was supposed to pick up from that they had no cars for me and I’d have to call around to see if any others did. No idea why the website allows you to book it if the local place doesn’t have a car and also, not sure why its the customers responsibly to call around to find a car when you already paid and booked.... anyway called around and this location was extremely helpful!! They were able to move some things around to be able to give me the car and honored the price. Great customer service! After one cancelled flight and a call saying I couldn’t have a car... they saved the day!

The prices at Budget Car Rental simply cannot be beat Enterprise down the road but nearly double the price that they Offered. Our car was very clean and well-kept there is no stench and I like that all the cars are smoke-free I'm not there the charge if they smell smoke in them when they are returned.

Everything was smooth with no issues, only wish is I can have a selection of cars but I understand why.

My rental had all the windows down when I picked it up. I found out why when I let it sit parked overnight with the windows up. The car stunk heavily of cigarette smoke. Since I was already out of town, I just lived with it. This required buying air fresheners and driving with the windows down for the first several minutes every time I got back into the car. You policy is that your cars are non smoking, but obviously that is not enforced. When I turned the car in, I complained about this. The clerk did check the car and acknowledged it, but offered no apology.

The staff are so awesome and friendly!!!! Very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I won't rent from anywhere else.
