I can't even rate service I needed passes on websitenI can't drive needed curb service I put my payment information in the choices were PayPal or put Debit or credit card in I don't have or want PayPal so hit or debit / credit card took 4 times to work and what did I get a confirmation from PayPal !!!nThe office didn't care said couldn't help me I called twice then said would have Office Mgr call me never did call. I asked don't you have tech support got no! Any Government related website should have someone to help you!! So looking for who is top person in Butler Cty in charge of this service the office could care less. This place my insurance company United Health Care referred me to.nI am not a native of Butler County here 15 yrs it is the worst place for an older woman to get help for anything unless healthy and on Medicaid I am 67..

Your taking your life in your on hands either they are speeding way to fast, jumping over curbs and almost hitting people, falling asleep behind the wheel, or crashing into guard rails rider beware

I have been a rider since 2014 when the vehicle died in butler county, ohio in front of fair grounds . So I don't to hear one person say that this company is not doing their job because they do outstanding service .

Unreliable they either are extremely early or are skipping their stops caused me to be late to work twice now

I had different people telling me that I could get the curb side bus riding the BGo riding i believe its for $2.00. As I just stated several people told me that this will be the price after the first ride that is normally $10.00. I called the butler county transit to make sure this is true. The woman tells me that i would have to pay 10 bucks there and back each day, thats $100.00 a day. I Think middletown transit should just go OUT OF Business. Even with a transit service you still can't get to your destination most of the time. I wish i could give it no stars. Just go out of business already.
