Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a reservation for 11 am is 4 30 pm still no car call couple times I go there they had some cars the lady working there she said i told you if we have anything we will give u a call meanwhile they where cars there I only can give u Elantra for one day 300 dollars Wich I reserve premium sedan I been renting cars with them and spent over 20k in short period time and they couldn’t give me the car that I need it for my trip complete waste of time I do not recommend

Disrespectful. Wasn't told til I arrive that they don't accept debit cards from out of staters. Travelled an hour and ½ for nothing.

Rented locally, friendly and professional. It was a holiday weekend and there was only 1 person working. He was professional but there was a wait time since he had to clean incoming cars for the people waiting for reserved rentals.

I often rent from Enterprise for work. This time I rented because my truck needed emergency service. Nikko at Enterprise Sleepy Hollow was very helpful, got me a car right away. My experience with Enterprise is always good. They are my neighborhood call rental company. I appreciate them.
