Hertz

They gave me a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore. It was hard to give this car back once my own car was back from the garage. This location was way more professional and considerate than the Schenectady location. I may have just happened upon non busy times though.nnThe gentleman who assisted me during pickup and drop off was very polite and considerate of my time. There was an issue with the internet at the location the morning of pickup (which is how they process the rentals on their computer) and he was a quick thinker/problem solver. He was very efficient and straight to the point.

What’s my review? Currently driving a rental with an antifreeze leak so bad I have a headache each time I drive .... had to put antifreeze in myself. Then when I called the other day to get another car, I was told no, because they “ closed soon” and couldn’t “drive it to me”. So I’m supposed to drive my kids around in a car that I can barely see out, meanwhile toxic fumes come out of it if I want to be warm, but hey what do these guys care. My review would be, you’re better off walking. They suck

The car smelled like cigarette s in had to clean the windows the paper towels wife orange ..wiper fluid empty ..i had to use my nebulizer every 2 hours from the smell ..i will never rent from you again

You have to enter the street address in the maps directly instead of choosing hertz clifton park. Because, for some reason google takes you to their old address even though Hertz updated their new address in google. Great staff.
