Budget Car Rental

I rented a car from the Nanuet NY location and the guy who served me his name was Rudmarc Joseph was so nice and friendly i will definitely rent again from there

Returned a car 3weeks ago $10 charges keep appearing on my card....now $62....no one calls just keeping charging....branch claims no knowledge

We rented a GMC Terrain from Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA). After driving to West Point for our son's graduation we realized the back tires were dangerously bald with no tread remaining (see photos I have never seen a tire this bald). We called Budget and they said we could exchange at the Nanuet, NY location. The Budget representative in Nanuet stayed past closing awaiting our arrival. He quickly assisted us with the exchange and got us back on the road.

I rented a car at Nanuet location. The receptionist, Maribel was so nasty I was ready to leave without taking my car. She did not want to listen what I have to say and she wanted me to pay a few hundred dollars more. Dont go to the rental when she is serving you . You wont have a good experience.
