Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. Rental agreement $800 with everything included, staff member told me $400 for deposit, i returned the car clean and early within drop off time. I never got my $400 deposit i got 256! back nothing was done about it they even went on my account to take away $52. Talked to Dwayne nothing fixed. Seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Kent from The Nyack location was great. He went out of his way to get me an upgrade and after a discussion he recommended a vehicle that was perfect for our trip. Kent made the trip better. I’ve been going to this location for a while and have dealt with another manager who also was great. Enterprise knows how to train and manage good people.

Enterprise in Nyack, NY has an amazing staff they are so quick to help Get you to your rental as soon as you walk in. Every time I rent a car from enterprise it takes no longer than 5 minutes for them to review my license and get me into my rental. The staff is friendly and eager to get you into your rental quickly.

It was expensive but the high rating is for Dwayne in Nyack office . Professional
