Great place to find the vehicle you need in a convenient location.
Although the desk is not staffed full time, the customer service at this location is unprecedented, and the convenience of having the rental office right in the train station is phenomenal!nnI received a phone call a few days prior to pick up to confirm the reservation, and another one after drop off (no employee on site when I dropped of) to confirm the car was received (keys in drop box), and that they were closing the rental agreement.nnAll of this and they had a selection of vehicles available for me to choose from.
Great experience here with Jarod S. He was super professional and efficient. He also made us feel comfortable asking questions and established himself as a resource for anything we might need during our rental period. Would definitely come back and highly recommend the customer service he provides. Thanks for helping to make our weekend great, Jarod!
The Enterprise lot at the Albany Amtrak station is super convenient – take the train from NYC to skip the traffic and inflated car rental prices and then hop in the car right in the train station parking lot and head out to your NY/VT/NH/QC vacation from there.
