Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I called Enterprise and arranged the car rental in mere minutes. I was able to arrange pick up at our campsite without problem. We called for pick-up and the transport was there to pick us up within 10 minutes. Once at the office, the rental procedure was completed very quickly and we were on our way in a very clean and comfortable Chrysler 300 at a very reasonable cost. The return procedure was also accomplished quickly. The 3 staff members we worked with were all professional, thorough in their tasks and friendly. We have rented with Enterprise for the past 8 years, and are very satisfied customers.

I rented from Enterprise for a long time.My experience was fantastic Christopher and his team always went above and beyond for me.Always made sure that I was happy with what I was renting I will always appreciate them for such great service.

Super helpful the agent Christopher made sure I had the perfect car for my ride while not killing my bank and also helped me adjust the return date so I can save a bit, all in all 10/10

Service was good. Disclosures were open. The vehicle I wanted was unavailable, but I was given a comparable one. No problems.

Rental was fine but getting items i left in the vehicle after I returned it was shady and I'll leave it at that. **** I was just going to leave it at that but Google wanted more of an explanation. I left items in the glove box. I was told those said items were not found and the rental was out with another customer already. They called the new customer and that customer called back to say nothing was in the glove box. I was given the line, enterprise is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. After speaking with my insurance company, if I wanted to get credit for my items left in the vehicle, I would have to file a police report. So I call enterprise again, in Canandaigua, and ask about my items left in the rental vehicle. They again tell me that the items haven't been found and then I explain I will have to file a police report. They started to back pedal a little bit and said they would call the customer again. About 5 mins later, they call back to say they found my items and that they were in a different place for found items. All very shady for sure but that's how Andrew runs his enterprise I guess.****
