Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The team at the East Syracuse office is always great to work with, bringing a great professional and customer service-focused approach to renting. My concern relates to the car I was provided. It was a fairly new Toyota Camry with approximately 6,500 miles. Upon entering the vehicle for the first time there was a dashboard notification that maintenance was due. There was a noticeable musty cigarette smoke odor that persisted through the rental period, and the air vent system emitted a high pitched squeal when in use. The car itself handled well, I reported the experience to the associate upon checking the vehicle back in, and was told that the manager would be notified and potentially in touch.

Said we couldn't rent a vehicle because license expired. However straight from their companies website.nIt says that for active duty military as long as you have an active ID license becomes valid.nCheck up on your policies.

It was very easy to rent online, and when I called to change the drop off and pick up times it wasn't a problem at all. When we arrived, the representative was very professional and accommodating. After picking the vehicle up and leaving, we later decided to drop our vehicle off for an easy return, and it worked out fine.

Thanks for the great customer service Chris I appreciate it! I have a little more appreciation for the place once I put myself in the shoes of the job you guys have to do during covid-19! Frontline workers are not only nurses and Doctors but cashiers customer service reps etc! Stay safe you guys have been working hard since the pandemic! I know tax time is very busy and a shortage of cars etc which makes your job a little more challenging! I thank you for being kind and courteous on my recent visit
