Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We've always rented here and it's been a great. A couple times we've gotten some serious upgrades. I'm going to give it 5 stars as i do think it's deserving but I'm a bit confused as to the sudden price increases. Imo it seems like price gouging. Once everyone got their $1400 stimulus checks the prices immediately doubled. It's now $500 to rent an economy car for the week and if that's not bad enough they now charge $300 if you use a debit card. To be fair, you do get the $300 back at the end of the week so that's not their fault because you use a debit card. But yeah, $500 a week for an economy car seem a bit over the top. I just wish they had more consistent pricing.

I have gotten rentals from here a few times over the years whenever I have had to get work done on my cars. Always a pleasant experience! After my previous car was totaled (giant deer...) I actually bought a used car from Enterprise in East Syracuse and it has been excellent! I wouldn't deal with any other rental agency.

Fast and friendly service. Cars aren't always available.. do your best to call ahead even if you have a reservation..

Recommended good place to rent a car. They always help me out and they're not expensive at all

I have rented several for many reasons, car repairs, trips out of town...nWhile they have had minimal damage from other renters, they are still clean and in better shape then most rental companies. Our union works with Avis and I still use Enterprise for the convenience and locations available. They are always quick to get you into your rental and back out when you return it. When i needed to extend it a day they were able to do that with a simple phone call.nKeep up the good work.
