Was going to get a rental but they wouldn't take my debit card. Hertz in Hopkinsville, Ky. Also are closed on Saturday and Sunday. The office is at the Holiday Inn of Hopkinsville, Ky.
Nobody was there the 3 times I showed so I just rented with Enterprise instead. They answered their phone and was eager to help.
My personal experience was great. The employees helped me out in short time and got my rental for a month. No issues what so ever. Will definitely rent from them again.
Worst car rental I have EVER had. Originally was supposed to be a couple days at less than $300, 3 days after RETURNING the car Hertz is holding over $1100 from my account, and there is nothing anyone can do. Car was returned in the exact same condition I got it. Would highly recommend going somewhere else for your rental. I would have gladly paid extra somewhere else to avoid this bs.
Ive had three negativeexperiences with this locationnn1. Reserved a vehicle and ended up waiting a hour 1/2 (worker was done for the day even though their hours say they are still open). Then they said there were no cars available.nAfter another 30 mins of waiting for service I asked if I can upgrade.nn2. They had after hours drop box but charged me since they did not see me drop it off. They have a security camera pointed at the desk but could not use it to verify I dropped it off on time.nn3. The staff is rude and not helpful.
