I thought I payed online, come to find out I only paid for insurance and they still wanted $200.00 deposit and the fees. I also found the person who waited on me not to be friendly until I said something about her being rude. Maybe it was me I doubt it though
Hertz in Yorkville is the best car rental company in the area. Nicole and her staff are friendly and thorough and always make sure I have the best car for my trips! Highly recommend.
Nichole and staff make sure your experience is what it needs to be. A few years ago posted a bad review however they have definitely stepped up game and now customer service is AAA, will beat any other local rental agencies prices and quality of vehicles.
24 hours advance notice using a debit card on a reservation. It okay if you planned in advance. The no pick up or drop offs where you need the car. You can't leave you car at the lot. If you leave you car there it will be towed at your expense. You almost better renting at the airport.
Terrible service. I showed up a half hour late but car still wasn't ready had to wait for it to be cleaned. Had 3 employees in store but for some reason the other 2 guys couldn't do anything but sit on there phones. Maybe you should go clean some cars.
