Avis Car Rental

You let someone who wasn't me to pick up a car and make a rental agreement. And your mother company decided getting thier car back was more important than figuring this terrible mistake out.nAVIS IS A JOKE.nJasmine I already filled a complaint. Like 2 months ago. And I haven't gotten any response past. We are working on it. I had an employee tell me that you all cared more about getting your cat back than figuring out what the hell happened. And how it was allowed.

Avis on Avis on 708 Oriskany Blvd, Sangertown Square, Yorkville, NY 13495. We had a reservation booked for 3pm because they were closing at 3pm so an hour before we had to pick up our vehicle we got a call from Avis saying that we have to be there by 2:40 pm to pick up a car. We got there at 2:35pm and the front desk lady was very very rude. When I asked to make sure that if we do all the paperwork right now at 2:40 pm but return the vehicle tomorrow at 3pm we wont be charged for 2 days and she said than you have to wait until 2:50pm. Come on, when she called and said we have to be there by 2:40 she knew that the reservation was for 3pm. And when my husband started asking questions she was talking back very rudely making it feel like we are getting the car for free and we paid $200. Love their cars if it wasn't for the service I would rate it 5.

We didn't even move the rental and still was charged the whole amount... I mean I understand a cancellation fee but the whole price... And she didn't even try to help us figure it out...
