Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I personally had the worse experience with Enterprise and will not be using them in the future because of very poor customer service. If I could give NO STARS I would.nnI had a reservation to pick up a car at the airport, once I got there no one was at the booth. It said to call and go to the location down the road, once I called about the car I was picking up, they said they had nothing but a pick up truck, which I could not use. Some how they then found a mini van which I thought was going to work, rented the car for one day and returned it because it wasn't what I needed. Unfortunately I still paid for the car.nnThen I called customer service to book another SUV car a few days later at a different location (Out in Buffalo, thinking they had more options) Booked it, had the car reserved. I am then on my way to go pick up the car, I call from the road to make sure things are in order, they said they had no cars available and that I should try a different location. I then try 2 other locations, the Buffalo airport and one on Delaware Ave. At this point I couldn't drive around looking for cars wasting my time/ while at the same time I was trying to call other locations to see if they had anything. Half the time no one would pick up the phones.nnAfter everything I called customer service to get my money back from the first rental because of the major inconvenience this whole planning took. I have talked to them 10 times (NO lie) each time I would get a different story and that someone would reach out to, can't find any notes, have I tried calling the location where you picked up the car, etc. Each time I talked to someone it seemed like they just kept passing the bucket / giving me different answers.nnThis went on for weeks/ months!!! After then talking to the manager at the location, saying that there are no notes other then my rental agreement. She said that she can't do anything because it has been too long. I would have been happy with a discount the next time I rented, or a voucher, but she offered me nothing. At this point it's the principle of the matter. I find that hard to believe. The lack of understanding, professionalism, and customer service will be giving them NO stars and NOT be using Enterprise again.....

My friend and I were treated respectfully. The people we dealt with were professional and we had a beautiful car that handled like a dream.

I had the WORST experience here. These guys screwed up my reservation, they were loud, failed to update my account, failed to inform me correctly, and after 3 trips to my house and back to get the correct paperwork, they refused to run my card twice.. I would never recommend this place.

Alamo and Enterprise are together now.nThe staff called me telling me not to go to the Niagara Falls Airport location. (a mile down the road)nAfter a car inventory issue, they wanted me to wait another hour so they can get another vehicle. I was put in a smaller vehicle. (The Hyndai Kona is nice )nnThe staff has no sense of direction. Like where the next rental location is that is SOUTH of Niagara Falls.n(I needed to drive south, I would have driven to another location to get the big SUV)nnIt's like they thought South was a new app or cell phone company.nnThey're still better than Hertz rental car.

My favorite enterprise, Stephanie and Kelsey are amazing with customer service .
