I was given a great deal from Rob. Once I arrived, Keven had all 8 of my vans ready to go. Mr.Morales then prepared each of the vehicles, walked around each one and answered any question that I had. The vans were new, clean and impressive. This is a class act company. I highly recommend doing business here. You will not be disappointed.

My update with Empire Rental in the Bronx, after my first experience which was months ago now. I'm still one of their most loyal customers. With my rental family. Ray, Jonathan, and James. Service here has continued to be the best time after time. Yes, sure at times you may hear of someone finding a better deal. That doesn't compare to spending your money where you are appreciated and your business is respected. The staff continues to bring forth their professionalism and the manager Ray makes Empire shine in everyway.. He have worked miracles for me in last minute situations. He tries his best not to leave customers dissatisfied. If you work with him he will definitely work with you. I will continue to do business here and would recommend anyone to check this place out and see for yourself... I've couldn't have found a better rental place. Forever loyal until the wheels fall off and I doubt that happening any time soon.. Keep up the great customer service guys.

I was returning a vehicle, while I was waiting for the person to help me , the black guy try to kick my sister out , saying she can not be hanging out there. What a bad customer service , I reminded him the rental was under her name and insurance, he insisted she needs to go outside. I was like , why that didn't bother you when we came in the morning to sign up the rental agreement? And she is not hanging out her he is a customer, I dont think you have the perfect place to hang out, come on, what is wrong with this guy. So everything the nice lady did in the morning, this guy just wasted it.
