Hertz

Charged me $462 dollars for about $80 worth of tolls. They told me it was okay to use my own ezpass. So I paid twice for tolls, then another 382 for incompetence.

Emily went out of her way to accommodate me after I showed up way after business hours. Service was professional and outstanding. Received the car I reserved with no issues. Will definitely be using this place from now on for my car rental needs. Thank you Emily!

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Horrific service, terrible.

The store manager Emile was very helpful to resolve issues I had with the 800 Hertz extension representatives. Please always write down the name of the representative when you call Hertz 800 because they would not have the recorded message to track down what the representative said. I had to spend 1 hour explaining to Emile to ask her resolve the issue for me. It was a very stressful conversation that wasted 1 hour.nnJulie
