I’ve been w/Black Car since their early years. They are extremely reliable and responsible. They run like a well-oiled machine. They’ve had their growing pains, but this is to be expected w/a new and thriving business. I know that the entire staff sincerely tries to do their very best even under stressful situations to make their customers/patients happy. The owners are really nice and friendly. Their administrative staff are all just as kind and helpful. I know that they work hard and do everything they can to accommodate their customers/patients. They hire really terrific drivers, who are just as kind, understanding and considerate. It’s not an easy job for the company and the drivers, especially dealing w/individuals whom are very sick and vulnerable and also dependent upon medicaid taxi to not only get them to their appointments on time, but to also get them back home when those ill patients don’t have anyone else to help them. The owners and their staff are understanding and I know that they bend over backwards to help their customers. Even when I’m a pain and/or difficult to deal with because of my illness and all the pain that comes with; they are all still kind, patient and helpful whenever I need them. I’m a loyal customer/patient and will remain w/them because as they continue to succeed, it means that disabled people like me will always have a ride to our appointments. J, M, O, J, M & B and your drivers....God Bless You and Thank You for Always Being Here for me. I appreciate every one of you.

The most evil and disrepectful, inhumane people ever. I am a cancer patient who has help with medicaid getting cab service to my Chemotherapy appointments. I had scheduled an appointment with medicaid transportation for pickup at 12.30pm a Monday because my chemo treatment started at 1.00pm. It was 12.40pm and no one came I called transportation. And they called them and they said 20mins they will be there. That's after my appointment supposed to start. But I waited 1.08pm not no person called or came I called them and he said 10 more mins so I got frustrated. They never came the time they were supposed to and never called to let me know they were late, and was rude on top of me asking them so I yelled at them I not feeling well and I have to sit and wait 45 minutes already because of poor service. Anyway they came and dropped me off with my cousin. It was a very long day in chemotherapy because on top of that I have a colostomy bag which leaked so I had to change it during chemo. So at 5.53pm I called the same cab company to let them know I will be finished 20mins they can come in 30mins. . I couldn't get another cab service because medicaid only pays for round trips with the same cab service per day. They said okay so mind you being the office is closed at 6pm where I received chemo everyone in the office left except one nurse who was waiting on me to finish treatment because I started chemo late because I gotpicked up late. So at 6.40pm no cab service no call from them to say the cab was running late again. I had nausea my handsand feet numb, my throat was tingling because of medication and a leaking colostomy bag again. I didn't get time to have any lunch so Iate some crackers. I called them and asked them where is the cab he told me 20 more minutes again he's on the grand central. I got mad and I told him in unacceptable. The office is closed the poor nurse wants to leave she's been they since morning. I'm tired and not well from chemo and that medication from chemo I can not be outside in the cold because of the side effects. So the operator asked me if I want to wait or cancelled I said how am I supposed to reach home flynMedicaid is already paying for round trip and I can't get another car. So 20mins past now. Now it's 7.08pm no cab yet. I called medicaid transportation to let them know what is going on. They called the cab service to find what's going on. We were all back and forth on the phone. Eventually they said they will be there in 5mins wit a toyota camry. So I told the nurse and she said okay. So we all left the building and walked outside and she locked the building and left. So we were outside standing it's more than 5mins my cousin called themto find out where the cab is he said he is in front the building after we told then several times the entrance is in the back of building. I was tired so we decided to walk to the front no car but there was a Toyota rav4. My cousin asked the operator is it a rav4 because that's all we were seeing he said yes to we jump into the taxi wrong taxi we came out immediately. My cousin called the cab service back By this time I was numb in feet and hands with sharp pains . My eyes were burning and body was weak I couldn't stand anymore and the oncology office was closed. She called back then he said he left and this is the second time he is going to send a cab so my cousin got upset and said why did he leave it haven't even been five mins since you told us he was in front when we walked and we didn't see not one Toyota camry around the front more than the rav4. Why would he leave if we are telling you we are in front. Then another person came on the phone and said he will have us waiting there for 2hr or more if we don't be polite it's already 7.40pm at this time they are 1hr and 40mins late. My cousin hang up with a few choice words. We got on bus off the bus Medicaid called and said they will send a cab. We waited in TD ATM bank around 1hr we finally got home around 9pm WORST CAB SERVICE IN HISTORY.

They are very good, we have some time traveling with them and most of the time they arrive early, the cars are always clean and comfortable. I love it ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
