Not all heroes wear capes. Airamis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. There were more customers than cars, but he made sure everyone got what they needed. My first carended up having a problem with the tire, he made sure a replacement was available for me. I will definitely be back.

The manager here is not only amazing herself, but has curated an environment of professionalism and competence throughout the entire staff. I recommend this store to anyone who needs a rental car.

I called another Enterprise location for a rental after getting into an accident and they weren’t much help. I reached out to the Oak Grove Enterprise in Ft. Campbell, KY. They didn’t have a car when I first called but 20 minutes later I got a phone call from them saying that have availability for me. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes and it was stress-free. Car was clean and the customer service was wonderful.

I have been using Enterprise in Oak Grove Ky for years and they have never disappoint. This go round everything happened so fast my brother got in a car accident and his truck got totaled and right after my mom truck had to go in the shop so we are down to two cars and 4 people so its been rough I'm not in a rental a month and a half now everybody has been very great and helping us every step of the way and has taken a little of the stress away i will always recommend them, ALL the stuff are very great I have zero complaints ZERO
