I have rented and still renting almost on monthly basis and my experience has been great. The service is excellent there has hardly been any delays in picking and returning the car. Agent Crystal has been very attentive and helpful and always accommodates my special requests. I highly recommend this location and will keep coming back for my car rentals.
Terrible customer servicenThe worst experience we ever had. Will.never go back. Stay away. Rudest people ever. Rip off. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to.
The manager (Brian Gibson) is absolutely delightful to work with! He goes above and beyond to make the experience amazing. When our ride was a little late, he came down to where my daughters and I were waiting and made sure we had a ride coming our way. A very pleasant location.
Great experience so far, good price, got to choose car (in class), associate was friendly and took care of us. Will update once rental is done.
A zero is deserved for the poor customer service Brian provided. We reserved a reservation a full-size 4 wheel drive SUV for a family trip. Went to pick up the vehicle only to find it was delivered to the wrong location 15 minutes out of our way. On our way my wife calls the location to double check the details of the rental. Only to be told that the vehicle available is not the correct style we had reserved. As my wife informed her dissatisfaction with the service and then we decided to cancel the reservation. Brian could've cared less with by stating ok then and he basically ended the call without asking if or anything he could do to keep us a customer. So Enterspise thank you for your service on our car rental.
