BEWARE : Lack of integrity regarding the price. I was grieving and making an emergency trip to see a dying relative. I did not take the hour needed to read the fine print and was charged almost 100$ more than what I was quoted in ADDITIONAL fees that were not mentioned. I work part-time and that money means more to me than you can imagine. I spent a lot of time finding the most economical option. Unfortunately, the price was a lie. I would never recommend Avis.
The gentleman at the service counter at the Rochester International Airport is always so accommodating and has excellent customer service skills
Great costumer service.. terrible auto. Ford explorer is be not a good vehicle.
This is by far the worst car rental company that I've ever rented from. I was charged $180.00 for a quarter of gas tank and not only that, now almost a month later they are charging me $250 for a cleaning fee, when I made sure that they inspected the vehicle for damages and cleanliness before I left. Now they want to review the details of the fee and they say it takes 15 business days, meanwhile they keep my $250. Considering getting a lawyer for this one. I give them ZERO STARS
The car was clean n road very well! The people when I picked up n dropped off are amazing!
