This was my first time ever renting a car on my own. one click online reservation, and then i spent under 5 minutes at the pick up counter, and the gentlemen out in lot on the pick up and return were amazing. everything was so seamless and just flowed how a customer expects it to. its so easy it feels like you got away with something.
Friendly staff. Had a slight accident and the checkin guy was so kind and helpful. Thank you.
It was a simple and straight forward experience. The person who checked us in had a great personality and was fun to talk with. (Sorry I forgot the name of the older Caucasian man).The car was small for the area I traveled to in Rochester, NY, but was efficient for what was needed. Great experience overall.
Clean car, easy pick up, easy return.
I booked a truck. I took off in the truck and it was running terribly. I had to go back to the airport terminal. It wasted an hour of my time only to find out it they didn't have a replacement. So they stuck me with a minivan instead, which didn't work out well at all. Then to add insult to injury, my bad, I didn't fill the tank. It was about 3/4 full. They charge me $75 to top it off. I would absolutely never use budget again. I've rented from Hertz forever and should have listened to my instincts.
