Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Last year when my Escape was totaled in the parking lot I had to have something to drive back and forth to work. The guy's insurance paid for my rental car at Enterprise here in Carrollton and I was able to pick it up the next day and keep it for 30 days while we were searching for a new car. They were so nice and quick to get me a car to drive. It was a really nice car! I would highly recommend Enterprise for my next rental if I ever need one.

November 27th,2019nOur van broke down on the highway on our trip up to Michigan from Tennessee. We had no idea where we were and had 3 children in the vehicle. Not only did they find us but they called a local garage to pick us up because our roadside assistance failed to provide the services we pay for. They were so patient with us when our cards weren't going through (forgot travel mode)and when we had issues with our bill they explained it clearly and very promptly. You went above and beyond for us! We appreciate it so much!

Debra is amazing. She runs this place tip top shape and goes above and beyond for her customers. She really deserves a hell of a raise. Amazing woman and so helpful. She went out of her way to take care of all my needs and pick me up even though it wasn’t convenient or close to her. I will do business with her and any person like her anytime! ♥ufe0f
