Needed a rental while my car was being repaired. Despite my forgetting about the time I had set to pick up the car when I showed up a day later the Enterprise staff was able to accommodate my needs. MY sincere appreciation to the manager when I picked up the car and the assistance manager when I returned it. Never easy dealing with insurance companies but these individuals explained the process clearly. End result was a very good experience with Enterprise who has been my go to rental company for many years.

My first time renting a car from this location, my car was in the shop for repairs. Great car, cleaned and disinfected. Excellent customer service. Perfect all the way around. I am now an Enterprise customer for life. Thank you.

Horrible experience the assistant manager was very nasty contacted the store and explained what happened was told that she did nothing wrong!!! Her name is Isabel Klein the assistant manager never go to this location worse experience ever!!! Contacted the store manager still haven’t heard back its been two weeks already I’ve emailed customer care enterprise was told someone would reach out to me regarding this matter gave my info I haven’t heard anything since!?!

Ryan is no longer at this location. He was the reason I rented here so frequently. It's not the same without him. Ryan made me feel like the most important customer. Now I feel like a burden.nnUpdate 3/31: this location always opened too late for my business. hours are changing to opening later, this is even worse. This use to be my favorite but I pretty much hate dealing with the people here now.nn4/10: every time I visit this location the service is worse than before. I'm a long term, frequent customer and I can no longer recommend this location.

Friendly staff. Shuttle driver was grumpy. New guy messed up what car I was to get. Employees were helpful in getting me a car I would be satisfied with. In and out with no problems.
