Terrible service for such high price for booking a car. A booked car not available at its pick up location happens with alarming regularity. One has to fight with the customer representative over the phone to get back driving credits in such situations. Not only does that ruin your plans but also gets you into a foul mood for the rest of day. I would rather call an Uber or a cab. Not worth it.
Totally worth it. This UB service allows for free easy storage of your bicycles when you have a class to attend or when you aren't riding them. Especially useful in the UB winter. However, only you are responsible for the safety of your bicycles.
