Full scale service even though I didn't get the vehicle

CHECK ENGINE light came on my rental car (from another site) during my trip to Canada earlier this month. I stopped by Plattsburgh to have it checked/swapped. Chris was on site before the business hours, and helped me promptly. I was promptly given a replacement car, and he helped me move the few belongings to the replacement car.

My granddaughter rented a car from Budget. When she booked it she was told it was $300 for the 8 days. When she went to pick it up in Plattsburgh she had to have her grandfather pick her up because her bank account was short due to an ATM malfunction and the bank didn't open until Monday. (She arrived in Plattsburgh on a Sunday) . She had the $300 in cash but had to use our card to pay. The rental agent online didn't charge her for being under 25 and the agent in Plattsburgh said that would be another $350 dollars. So, she paid $650. My bank card was just charged $691.74. It turns out she should have been charged $35 a day for being under 25. That would be only $280 . She did fill the gas tank before she brought it back. According to my calculations, she was overcharged $111.47. Way to make money Budget. We're getting paperwork together to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's Office.

This location does not answer phone calls, we always get transferred to the national office. Start picking up your line, you can’t be that busy at this location!
