No one was at the counter when my flight came it. I was stranded at the airport. National customer service stated they were sorry for the inconvenience.....not a good nightnnUpdate 5-15-2019. Contacted customer service and once again sorry for the inconvenience but offered no help once again. I get that it's a small satellite both but no local number and the phone number on the website just rings and rings.
