first thing they forgot to turn on the satellite radio and if I hadn't had to stop so my daughter could be added to the drivers list and I hadn't asked about it I wouldn't have had it ..now for the car it needed service as it kept reminding me it also could have used a wheel alignment as it developed a shake over sixty mph. The insulation around the front window was pulled out. I have rented from enterprise a number of times before and had always been able to give high marks not this time I was extremely disappointed

The customer service was some the best I have received for anything anywhere. They definitely have a quality team at that location! Would recommend to any one who needed a rental for any reason.

Troy is, I believe, the manager here and was more than accommodating, as for the staff also did a great job. In and out, and was flexible on policy just to get me into a vehichle

I sent you an email specifically saying thanks and giving recognition to your representative Mr Miguel Nesbitt, who was the BEST. He was so easy to work with and was also very accommodating... I rent from you at least a few times each year and Mr Nesbitt was the best representative that I have ever worked with.... I wanted to rent a car to avoid putting 1200 mi on my vehicle to attend my mother's funeral but it just seems too expensive if they priced me right out of it
