The entire staff at this location was helpful and very friendly. The vehicle we received was a actual upgrade very clean and nice. Loved the fact that you didn't have to enter the building the rep met you outside and all the transaction was handled outside. I think I wasn't there more than 20 minutes picking up vehicle. I would recommend and will use enterprise for my rental car needs. I have always had nothing but professional people wait on me no matter what city i'm renting from.

The staff was very easy to work with, the car was in excellent shape and the process was quick. The price of the car was less than $30/day which included the taxes.nnThe return was just as simple..nnMy only small complaint - Although I was promised a standard SUV, I was provided a full size SUV. The additional size was awesome but cost about $50-$75 more for gas.

I have a reservation and have been on hold for twenty minutes and then the voice says they cannot transfer this call and to try again later. I call back and I am now back on hold for the second time and thirteen more minutes later nothing. It is now 30 minutes before they close and I have wasted a half hour. I'll bet they would like to hear more about this and ask me to email them.
