At 9:50 pm on 2/11/2021 the driver for this company drove on the opposite side of the street parked watch me walk down the street ! Made another illegal u turn and the decide to follow me! This guy is bad for business get rid of him ! Stalker is what he is ! Be safe everyone

They refused to transport me to an appointment to get my covid-19 test.nFor the fact driver and a white minivan period better to his supervisor about DSS not telling them that they were taking me to a culpe test site comma we're in clearly the destination was a whole requirement test site and that he was gonna have to warranty if he took me you would have to quarantine because I was showing symptoms.( clearly he would have had the quarantine anyways on a simple fact that I was sitting in the band while he was complaining to a supervisor). And that he was losing his all his trip to Oneonta New York because he had to take me covid-19 test. So I ended up being 2 hours late for my appointment because Medicaid had to call for a different medicab company.

Worked here for years quality people and business

There is not another med-van service in this area that I trust transporting myself or any family or friends than HTM. They are truly a God send to this area. In difficult times they always try and accommodate every person they are able to. They treat you with respect and compassion. They make every client feel important and valued.
