From the start, the reservation was a breeze. Colin was very helpful. I was actually called the day before saying my car was already ready if i wanted to pick it up early, (Say, I couldn’t) When I picked it up, the entire contract process was quick and I was out. Car was clean and fueled up and I was out. Not the first time I have used this site, wont be my last. Service is tip top.

The manager Colin is very professional and accommodating. He cares about his customers. Customer service is hard to come by and he's doing it right. Will recommend to friends and family.

Worst rental experience ever had got a rental to go to Florida in a Kia Soul which the tire went flat on me then I had to wait till the next day and they gave me a Hyundai which was a smaller car then the Kia Soul drove back up north dropped off the car and I was accused of putting a dent that never existed ! They said they I wouldn’t get back my deposit unless I had a videos which I had . So what they did was put a flag on my account and said I could never rent from them again because of the accusations they made . The name was Collin and Melissa they were so mean saying if you don’t like it then you can go somewhere else ! So unprofessional

Not only do they have a major attitude problem, but if they don’t have the car type at the price you reserved, they will demand you pay more for a higher priced vehicle. Most enterprise locations will honor the price you reserved, regardless of what they have left in the lot. They try to rip you off in Scotch plains. Go to Green Brook, the people there are much more professional and they actually understand customer service. Skip this location.
